Netaudio'08 kicks off - photos online now!

Following months of planning and preparations, Netaudio’08 finally got underway yesterday with an opening night session to remember. To get an idea of what you missed – or maybe to remind yourself of wehat went down – please checkout some of the pictures up on Flickr.

London Placard Headphone Festival

Le Placard London has got two headphone sessions this year, one at Cafe OTO on the 20th September and another at Shunt as part of the Netaudio festival on Friday the 24th October with a 3 hour headphone session in the Media Lounge. Bring your own headphones if you want to hear the music.

DVD installations

Palme d’Or nominated film maker Pia Borg and experimental audio visual artist Robin Fox are quality assets from the Australian underground.

The dvd installations “Palimpsest” by Borg and “Backscatter” by Fox are a welcome and valued addition to the Netaudio lineup.

Novation Nocturn to be won!

Netaudio’08 are very pleased to add yet another fantastic prize to the list courtesy of one of our Market Stall holders – Focusrite. CDR plays your music at Netaudio'08!

Friday night at Netaudio’08 sees the CDR special session. Gavin and Tony of Burntprogress bring their ‘Open CDR’ club night to Shunt and are set to play your music on the Lounge sound system.

We’re finally able to announce the secret guest on the Last.fm presents stage – Houston’s expreimental noise band Indian Jewelry.
